Goals of True Form Running Group: To improve our abilities as athletes To gain a sense of camaraderie through training together To accept athletes of all abilities and move toward growth as a runner Incorporate conditioning to exercise other muscle groups Have athletes come chat with our group about nutrition, running techniques, strengthening our skills as runners, etc.

A group for parents and kids of all kinds, geared toward older children and with a focus on increasing physical activity, learning about our area, learning new skills, having fun with our families while socializing and connecting with others. That is the "secret mission", however, on the surface we will just be families having fun doing stupid things together that older kids will not cringe at doing (okay...maybe a little bit).
