Here's hoping for some dryer weather this time!

One group of us will meet at 9043 Soquel Dr. in Aptos (Rio del Mar exit) at 8:20 am and caravan up to the fields, leaving Aptos no later than 8:40 AM, expecting to arrive at Sequoia around 9:15 AM. Anyone is welcome to meet there to either get a ride or otherwise carpool to the location.

Anyone who would rather meet us at the fields is welcome; our target arrival time is 9:15 AM. Also, if you can't make it that early, head up to the fields anytime and meet us there - you will be able to hop in a game once you sign in.

And for everyone coming from the San Jose side of the hill, Dave from Sequoia Paintball tells me that Highland Way is now open - but make sure to check closer to the date, as with the rain we will have, its very possible it could close again.

They do not have a credit card processor so either bring enough cash, or a check. Please do not pay online as we have a slightly different price than is offered to walk-on players. Once we have 10 players RSVP'd, I will pay the $250 deposit to reserve a private game for our group. This will cover your admission fee so please be prepared to reimburse me.

If renting gear, the price is $50 for the rental, admission, co2 all day, and a bag of 500 balls. Non-renters will cost $25 for admission and co2 all day. Individual items can be rented as well ($15 for marker, $5 for a mask, $5 for a pod belt, neg for other equip.). If you get there early, please go ahead and get your payments taken care of. You must use their paint which runs $45 / 2000 rounds, or $13 for 500. Also, to speed up the check-in process, you can have the waiver ready by printing and filling it out before hand. New players fill out both pages, returning players needs to fill out the Combat Enterprises waiver (page 2) bec they do not keep the old ones on file.

Make sure to bring your own lunch and drinks for the day (they do not have running water).

This should be a great game - the fields are awesome, the owners of the place are great, and we will get to shoot each other! Friends, family, co-workers all welcome!
